Thanks for visiting our blog! We hope to share what God is doing in our lives, pictures, pregnancy updates and baby updates to come, and whatever else we feel like sharing.
Currently, we have had alot going on. David got his Masters in Archeology from SMU at the end of the summer then found out that he is not going back to school right now at least due to the lack of funding on their part (among other things). So now he is looking for a job preferably in archeology and preferably in Dallas for the time being since the baby is coming so soon, we already have a doctor etc, and we have a house. We are praying that the Lord opens up doors for him soon to find a job whether that be in his field here in Dallas or something completely different. I passed my registered dietitian exam last month and finally found a PRN clinical dietitian job at Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas (the same hospital I where I worked as a diet technician when we first moved here before my internship). What does that involve exactly? Good question, but I will save that for another post. We are very thankful that the Lord has provided a job where I can use and practice my skills while at the same time having a flexible schedule which is what I really want after the baby is born so that I can spend as much time as possible raising and spending time with our child.
