Abs Class

So over Christmas Break at David's family's house, we kids decided we could all use a little exercise. Some of us started with some abs then made all the kids join in. Ethan led us in our routines. This was a good wake-up call for many of us so we decided we needed to do abs three times a week in the new year. Brieleigh loved walking in between us, crawling on our bellies, and do a little moving herself! Pops videoed her and the abs class. I gets a little long, but the first part with Brieleigh moving is cute!
